SIMOTION is the system of choice for all machines handling Motion Control tasks – from basic to highly complex tasks, focusing on basic and flexible solutions. Its modular configuration corresponds to the trend of modular machine concepts, that means with a few modules you can implement and scale many different machine versions (or concepts) – provided that each module has its own intelligence.
The SIMOTION software therefore covers all functions and ensures high-speed communication with PROFIBUS or PROFINET. Further, you can select between several programming languages and three different hardware platforms, depending on the respective requirement.
